There's been so much news recently about the millions of men and women who haven't rejoined the workforce, and the question is will they? Should they?

In September of 2020, a staggering 865,000 women left the US workforce - 4x more than men. Women bore the brunt of the havoc that the pandemic brought upon their households and families.

And all this reversed years of gains made by women. In 1948, when the US Labor Department started tracking the data, a third of women held jobs, but that number had nearly doubled by the late 1990s. The ratio of women working has now fallen below 57% for the first time since 1988.

The thing I've personally noticed is that we (both women and men) tend to think of our employment options as binary.

You either consider yourself:

• An employee of a company
• Or you're a full-time entrepreneur

When framed like that, many women believe their options are either to go build someone else's dream or pour every waking hour and dollar into building their own product / business. But I know that there's more than just these two options available, because long before the pandemic I'd been helping other successful women (and men) to identify and build out alternate life and career options for themselves using a process I've termed the Trailblazers Method™.

Today, I’m still receiving messages almost on a daily basis from people who are on the same journey as you are, who are seeking help to build their personal brands (and many want this alternate option to remain both a leader and an entrepreneur). Over the years, lots of people have asked me to help guide them, but I just didn’t have time to take on additional service based clients.

In 2018, I began to document everything I know about the Trailblazers Method™ and put it into an online course. I've had more messages from women, especially Black women, who want to learn my exact method to create a vivid vision, build an amazing personal brand and begin creating multiple streams of income. And I don’t blame them. Right now is the best time to learn about the Trailblazers Method™. There have been many Black women and men from all around the world who have already transformed their lives with the Trailblazers Method™ and are now living and leaving their legacy.

I think women are starting to catch up and realizing that having all their eggs in just one basket (whether that's a full-time job or full-time business) doesn’t work anymore and that the Trailblazers Method™ is the future. And our “little” community is at the forefront of all this.
